Quieting the Noise and Coming Back to You
A Pep Talk
Last week I had an important meeting to tackle and I started to identify with old stories of lack and struggle. This meeting brought up some old stuff that was challenging my worthiness. I’ve done a lot of clearing on these stories so I know that they aren’t mine and I know they were never meant to be part of my purpose here.
As I felt myself starting to latch on to this old familiar feeling, I had to remind myself that I already shed those layers of inauthenticity. Then I shed some more when I chose to leave LA this past July for a life that felt more aligned in the world we live in. When I chose to say no to all the things that made me feel less than or did not nurture my growth I shed some more layers and again when I said yes to the things that felt harmonious and expansive and truthful. As I remembered all the shifts I made, I decided to give myself the pep talk I deserved.
Our souls purpose was to come here to live our fullest potential. So when we let all the noise of society, media, and old patriarchal outdated rules influence us into turning down our own volume of worth and divine purpose, we are living someone’s or something’s fullest potential. So instead of switching back to that old familiar frequency, remembered to step outside of that noise and step back into the place within that feels so spacious and harmonious.
Wherever you find yourself in your journey today, if you catch yourself subscribing to the stories that don’t make you feel good, I encourage you to give yourself a pep talk. Talk to yourself like you would speak to your best friend or child on a bad day. And whether you are facing a big hurdle or simply wanting to move through the daily moments with grace and authenticity, remind yourself why you are here and that you already have access to all the gifts you hold and the infinite magic you possess. You always have.
Remind yourself who the fuck you are and give yourself permission to step into the fullness of you.
It’s all within.
It always has been.
